School Prospectus

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page and read this information, whether you are doing so because your daughter or son may join Wadham School next September, or because you are interested in finding out about the school for the future.

We are a learning community in which all young people are supported and encouraged to achieve their potential.  We are as proud of the students who achieve the highest grades in public examinations, as we are of those whose progress opens up for them possibilities otherwise closed.  Our curriculum provides for all equally.

The school values the partnerships which ensure that students are able to make the most of their time in school.  The most important of these is with parents.  We believe that together we can ensure that young people make the most of the learning opportunities open to them and that they are well prepared for the demands of an ever changing world.

At Wadham School we want our young people to develop independence of thought, the confidence to develop their skills and knowledge, a commitment to the well being of others, sensitivity to and tolerance of difference and a sense of their own worth.  They do this with the guidance and support of dedicated teachers and support staff.
